Mayor Fund Donation Request Form

The Mayor’s Fund which utilizes funding from the net proceeds of the Annual Mayor’s Golf Tournament, the Annual Mayor’s Barbecue and/or other fundraising activities as approved by the Mayor from time to time, provides financial assistance to community groups to help them undertake initiatives that will benefit family and youth activities.

The Mayor’s Fund may also provide financial assistance to individuals by means of youth scholarships.

Donation Request

If you answered Youth Scholarship:

Please upload a written essay from the applicant to a maximum of 750 words focusing on the following questions : how will this scholarship assist you, as a recipient, in achieving your career aspirations? How many volunteer hours have you contributed to date?

If you answered Free Family Activities. 

You must demonstrate that the activity will be free of charge for everyone, and that the activity will be family oriented. The request needs to be filed no later than 60 days before the date or the activity. 

If you answered Local Non-For-Profit Youth Organization. 

The organization must be a recognized non-for-profit organization offering youth programs or services in Clarence-Rockland. The request needs to be filed no later than 60 days before the date or the activity.
